Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour notice is mandatory to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel or reschedule in less than 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of your service(s).
LATE ARRIVALS
There is a 10 minute grace period. If you are 10+ minutes late for your appointment, you will have to reschedule and you will be charged 50% of the total cost of your service(s).
NO-CALL NO-SHOWS
If you no-call no-show your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the total cost of your service(s).
DECLINED PAYMENTS
If the card on file is invalid or declined when a cancellation fee, late fee, or no-call no-show fee is charged, you will be banned from booking until your card has been updated and your balance has been paid in full.
REFUNDS
Absolutely no refunds are given. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with a service you received at Wax Loft, please contact Kaitlyn directly at (503) 207-8072 or Savannah at esthibestiepdx@gmail.com to discuss your concerns and we will happily assist you with finding a solution!
TOUCH-UPS
We offer free touch-ups on all tinting and waxing services within the first 7 days after your appointment. Your happiness and satisfaction are incredibly important to us, and touch-ups are never an inconvenience - which is exactly why we have this policy!
